TCC provides a complete training program to let management associates build their expertise and management thinking through cross-department learning and on-site job participation.Personnel participating in the program will be sent to factories in Taiwan and China for an on-site internship. This program aims to let the participants surpass themselves and get ready for the international trend, for they can become talents in leadership and business successions.
After 12 to 15 months in the programs of the Management Associate Plan, Business Successor Crash Course and the Core Management Group, the trainees can join the Rotation Program of the management team to be cultivated as fully professional talents.
