  1. CPAs participate and report to the Audit Committee regarding the audit work and CPA auditing methods, range, and major corrections. The CPAs regularly communicate and report to the Company's governance team and the independent directors. In addition to scheduled meetings, the CPAs also conduct unscheduled communication directly if needed to maintain good relations.
