TCC Group Holdings announced two major partnerships today (May 4): TCC has joined forces with PUJEN Construction, a premium urban renewal brand under the CMP Group, to integrate low-carbon TCC Portland limestone cement, the newly launched 10,000-PSI "A-Fluire" self-leveling mortar, and EnergyArk energy storage systems into PUJEN's construction sites. This collaboration is expected to jointly promote 5 sites to obtain sustainable building certifications and provide energy storage system services at 20 sites. Additionally, TCC's subsidiary, TCC Energy Storage, has formed a partnership with RiTWIN (a subsidiary of Ritek Corporation and RiTdisplay) to assemble and sell the TCC EnergyArk energy storage systems in Taiwan. Centered around the EnergyArk energy storage system—which holds patents in Taiwan, the United States, Japan, and the European Union—the partnership aims to deploy 100 units each of the EnergyArk 1000 and 418 systems, expanding into industrial zones and science parks.

TCC President Roman Cheng and PUJEN Construction Chairman Lin Ting-fang officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today. PUJEN Construction is a subsidiary of the publicly listed CMP Group and serves as a representative brand for premium urban renewal projects. Both parties will comprehensively introduce TCC's newly developed and currently lowest-carbon TCC Portland limestone cement concrete into PUJEN's projects, while simultaneously introducing TCC's recently launched 10,000 psi self-leveling mortar ("A-Fluire") for pilot applications in flooring and structural components. The two sides will also establish an architectural waste processing mechanism, recycling soil and concrete waste from the construction sites back to TCC for remanufacturing, thereby creating an urban mining cycle of "Architectural Waste → Recycled Materials → Reapplication".

TCC has partnered with PUJEN Construction — a premium urban renewal brand under the CMP GROUP — to introduce its low-carbon Portland Limestone Cement, the newly launched TCC A-Fluire self-leveling compound, and the EnergyArk energy storage system across PUJEN's project sites.

Another collaborative project involves TCC Energy Storage and RiTWIN, signed by Roman Cheng, President of TCC Energy Storage, and Yeh Cheng-en, CEO of RiTWIN. RiTWIN (7816) is an energy storage subsidiary of the Ritek (2349) Group and RiTdisplay (8104). The TCC EnergyArk energy storage system has already completed actual operations of 3MW/3.2MWh at the facility of RiTWIN’s parent company, PMOLED(Passive Matrix OLED) leader RiTdisplay, demonstrating large-scale deployment capabilities. The two parties will promote two products: EnergyArk 1000 for industrial zones and science parks, and EnergyArk 418 for small-scale industrial and temporary construction site power needs, with a target of 100 sets for each. RiTWIN will serve as the partner for the assembly and sales of TCC EnergyArk energy storage systems in Taiwan.

TCC's subsidiary NHOA. TCC has signed a partnership with RiTWIN (7816), under the RiTEK and RiT Display (8104) Group, to assemble and sell EnergyArk systems in Taiwan. The partnership targets 100 units each of the EnergyArk 1000 and EnergyArk 418, aimed at industrial zones and science parks.

These two partnerships connect TCC's low-carbon construction materials and energy storage solutions with Taiwan's most iconic urban renewal developers and industrial park users, marking a critical step in the implementation of the business model in the Taiwan market. The TCC EnergyArk energy storage system has been contracted for over 200 sites across five European countries: France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland. Furthermore, TCC Energy Storage is the first Asian enterprise to enter the French electricity trading market via a virtual power plant.
