TCC Green Energy Jiaqian aquavoltaics Project in Area F, the TCC youth aquaculture team harvested over 1,000 pounds of Thai shrimp during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The team worked with farmer Mr. Chen in Area F to resolve differences, and since the harvests across the different farms have been successful, an objection has been filed with the administrative court.

"TCC Rescue Team" in partnership with Ho-Ping Power Company, Hoping EcoPort, and Taiwan Transport & Storage, alongside local suppliers, immediately dispatched large heavy machinery to assist with sludge and waste removal. A second wave of support involved the deployment of 35-ton dump trucks and large excavators to assist in transporting sludge to suburban areas (1,200 tons/day), actively aiding Hualien' s recovery.

Taiwan' s first demonstration facility for high-temperature co-processing of household waste in a cement kiln—the TCC DAKA Renewable Resource Recycling Center—officially opened, and its new landmark, the "Nautilus Bibliotheca, "was unveiled. During the test operation from July 2023 to August 2025, it has already helped process 82,000 tons of Hualien's household waste, helping the Hoping Plant reduce coal usage by 3%, reducing carbon emissions by over 43,000 tons, and avoiding approximately 4,000 tons of methane emissions.

The films "Carbon Reduction Parent-child Bankbook Program" and "Little Tern Conservation Project – Hoping Welcomes You" showcase TCC' s collaborative efforts with local communities, advancing lifestyle transformation and marine biodiversity conservation.

TCC Group Holdings achieved ISO 20400 certification for sustainable procurement, becoming the first cement company in Taiwan to earn this certification. The company also established key performance indicators for sustainable procurement in 2025 to build a low-carbon, resilient supply chain.

TCC Group Holdings released the 2024 Sustainability Report and its first Just Transition Report, which for the first time integrates and discloses sustainable initiatives across 14 key global markets and 11 industries. "TCC AI" chatbot is also launched, offering an integrated AI-powered search function for annual reports and various other reports.

Taiwan Ratings maintained its long-term credit rating for TCC Group Holdings at "twA+/twA-1" with a "Stable" outlook; S&P Global also affirmed its investment-grade rating at "BBB-" with a "Stable" outlook.

Molicel and KULR Technology Group cooperated to develop a new drone-specific battery system, the KULR ONE Air (K1A), which is expected to enter mass production in Q4 2025. This demonstrates that Molicel' s technological capabilities were not affected by the recent fire incident.

A fire occurred at TCC Group Holdings’ subsidiary Molie Quantum Energy Corporation. TCC promptly activated its emergency response mechanism, immediately engaging in rescue. The chairman returned to Taiwan to personally oversee the situation, ordering senior management to conduct a thorough review. TCC also established a Neighborhood Affairs Team to strengthen dialogue with the community—demonstrating the company's firm commitment to safety and accountability. TCC Group Holdings' Dutch subsidiary, TCC (Dutch) Holdings B.V., successfully secured a €500 million green loan, optimizing its financial structure and saving €5 million annually in interest expenses. This also reflects strong recognition from international financial markets for its decarbonization path and sustainability strategy, supporting the Group's goal of achieving net zero by 2050.

TCC Group Holdings’ subsidiary TCC Green Energy, together with eight other geothermal development companies, established the Taiwan Geothermal Industry Association with the goal of advocating for related policies and regulations, and promoting low-carbon, sustainable energy.

TCC Green Energy is actively addressing the issue of the revoked permits for the aquavoltaics project by the Chiayi County Government and has temporarily suspended the original legal disposition. The company will implement remedial measures in the future to fully protect the rights of lawful aquaculture farmers.

TCC Group Holdings’ revenue in January was 12.21 billion NTD, an annual increase of 68.7%. Among this, overseas subsidiaries Cimpor and OYAK contributed 4.9 billion NTD, accounting for 40% of the consolidated revenue.

TCC Group Holdings' subsidiary, Ta-Ho Maritime Corporation, held a naming and delivery ceremony for the "Daxun Ship." This innovative vessel features smart management and eco-friendly loading systems, and includes an AI-monitored AMP system that reduces CO2 emissions by 7.6% compared to traditional ship models.
