Policy
TCC Group Holdings supports and participates in initiatives on climate change, the circular economy, biodiversity, and the development of new technologies, and engages with public associations on sustainability issues. The Climate-related Public Participation and Management Regulations, issued in 2023, apply to the Company and to its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and other affiliates in Taiwan and overseas over which the Company holds substantial control.
Organization and Association Participation
- TCC Group Holdings contributes more than NT$10 million a year to over 50 domestic and international organizations and associations, including the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA), the Taiwan Cement Manufacturers' Association (TCMA), the Climate Group, and TNFD. TCC Group Holdings also helps set sustainability policies on climate change, the circular economy, and research and development of new technologies.
- TCC Group Holdings supports domestic cultural development, including the C.F. Koo Foundation's preservation of traditional opera and other local performing arts at risk of disappearing, with an annual donation of NT$10.5 million, and sponsorship of the Yilan International Children's Folklore and Folkgame Festival and the Lanyang Mazu Cultural Festival. In 2024, TCC Group Holdings invested more than NT$11.8 million in domestic cultural development. Further information on these cultural events is available on the C.F. Koo Foundation website.
