System Integration & Target Setting

TCC's global operating sites adhere to the ISO 14001 environmental management system (EMS) and our “Waste Management Regulations” to implement waste sorting and management. We establish step-by-step waste reduction targets to systematically guide our efforts and enhance the overall resource circulation efficiency across the corporation.

Employee Training & Continuous Improvement

We continuously conduct capacity-building programs, providing training sessions on ISO systems that cover waste management to enhance circular economy awareness and actions among all employees. Simultaneously, we promote initiatives such as green office practices and green purchasing to achieve continuous environmental improvement.

Co-processing & Circular Reuse

Sorted and crushed industrial waste and general municipal waste are sent to our cement plants to be co-processed as alternative fuels and raw materials through high-temperature cement kilns. Valuable metals that cannot be reused on-site are outsourced to qualified recycling organizations for downstream reuse, ensuring a legal and fully traceable waste flow.

Systematic Audits & Opportunity Identification

We periodically conduct waste sorting audits and inventory checks to track waste generation sources. By integrating ISO management systems, we systematically evaluate potential areas for waste reduction and circular reuse, actively identifying energy and resource improvement opportunities.
