  1. Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights 

TCC adheres to labor-related regulations in all its operational locations globally, safeguarding the legal rights and interests of employees, and follows the principles and fundamental rights proclaimed in international human rights treaties including the United Nations Global Compact, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations, the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work by the International Labour Organization, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the International Labour Organization Convention No. 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries.
The implementation guidelines include:

  1. Promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal job opportunities (including the prohibition of child labor, forced labor, and employment discrimination) 
  2. Providing a safe and healthy work environment
  3. Respecting the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining for employees
  4. Assisting employees in maintaining mental and physical health and work-life balance 
  5. Addressing the needs of stakeholders
  6. Protecting personal data

Anti-Corruption

TCC adheres to high standards of integrity in all business interactions and adopts a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery. TCC has established an 'Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy.' In 2021, TCC implemented the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, setting clear guidelines, and provides guidance for stakeholders to help prevent corrupt and bribery activities. 1.5 Ethical Management
